Hey I'm Marc. I'm a Spanish/Italian/Too many other ethnicities 21 year old that goes to USC and will be getting into the entertainment industry with a fallback degree in Neuroscience. I love to go to raves so maybe I'll see ya there? Have an awesome day and I hope you enjoy my blog!
I usually don’t like the summer because I don’t get to see my college friends and it’s freaking hot and I love the cold/fall/winter.
But being out here in California this summer is amazing. Yes it’s hot but there’s no humidity (or at least I can’t tell because I’m used to Florida). And then it cools down at night.
But that isn’t the only thing that I’m loving about this summer.
I’m already had so many new and amazing experiences (mostly in the last couple of weeks but hey it’s only the beginning of summer) that I would have never gotten back in Florida. I am learning so much about myself and really learning what makes me, well me.
I’m getting in shape. I’m finally in the 150s!!! I haven’t been there since early high school? And CrossFit is going to get me JACKED! I’m excited for band camp to roll around so that I won’t die from exhaustion but also because I show everyone what I’ve pushed and fought for this summer.
I’m getting closer to my sister Mindy which I’ve always wanted but was separated by the entire United States. And I know that she always close and I can go down to see her whenever I want. Also, I’m getting to see some of my California friends when I’m not working, sleeping, or working out haha
Also, I’m starting to get into the career I want to pursue and that’s always exciting. Plus, my schedule is pretty awesome for the fall. When I’m signing up for 18 units it’s actually closer to that unlike my ridiculous science schedule I usually have. Woo B.A. in Neuroscience with a Minor in Communication in the Entertainment Industry!
I wouldn’t say that this summer I’m becoming a new me but I’m just improving and becoming the person that I’ve always wanted and strived to be.
I’ll actually look back at this summer and say, “Summer 2012!!!!” Like all of those ridiculous pre-teen girls and their Facebook albums haha
But this is truly turning into a summer that I will remember and cherish and realize how much I grew as a person.
